- Search queries: NAICS code lookups and company search queries submitted through the Service
- Contact form submissions: Name, email, company name, and message content when you submit our contact form
We do not collect passwords, payment information, or require user account registration.

- Veridion — Company intelligence data provider. Company search queries are forwarded to Veridion's API to retrieve industry classification data. See Veridion's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and Turnstile CAPTCHA service. Cloudflare processes requests to provide security and performance. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- PostHog — Analytics platform. We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics. When you decline cookies, PostHog is not initialized. See PostHog's Privacy Policy.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Decline cookies: Use the cookie consent banner to decline non-essential cookies. Analytics will not be loaded.
- Access your data: Contact us to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Delete your data: Contact us to request deletion of your personal data.
- Opt out of analytics: Decline cookies via the banner, or use browser privacy features (Do Not Track, ad blockers).
7. Data Retention
Search logs are retained for up to 90 days for rate-limiting and analytics purposes. Contact form submissions are retained indefinitely for business correspondence. Anonymous aggregate analytics data is retained indefinitely.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure database connections, hashed IP addresses for rate limiting, and Cloudflare's WAF and DDoS protection. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
